Sometimes it may be difficult for some of us to follow certain people because we don't believe they are good enough or we notice imperfections. We are called to inspect the fruit of the lives of those we are connected to. However, if we are waiting for a perfect leader, we will be waiting for Christ to return because, no leader is perfect.
